This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements and refunds are accepted for Bihar Board Books, NCERT Textbooks and State Board Study Materials purchased through our website.

1️⃣ Eligibility for Returns
We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:
✔ Damaged book received
✔ Incorrect book delivered
✔ Defective printing (major issue)
✔ Missing item from order
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate a return, customers must email us at:

• Clear images of the product
• Description of the issue
Requests without proper proof may not be processed.
2️⃣ Conditions for Return Approval
For a return or replacement to be approved:
• The book must be unused
• The book must be in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• No markings, writing or damage caused by customer
Roshani Publication reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
3️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
❌ Correct books ordered by customer mistake
❌ Minor printing variations from publisher
❌ Books damaged due to misuse after delivery
❌ Digital products (PDFs, downloadable materials) once accessed
Please verify Class, Board, Subject and Medium carefully before placing your order.
4️⃣ Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
• Refund approval will be confirmed via email
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method
In case of replacement approval, the replacement book will be dispatched after return verification.
Shipping charges (if applicable) may not be refundable unless the error was on our part.
5️⃣ Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only if:
• Cancellation request is made before dispatch
• Product has not been shipped
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
To request cancellation, email us immediately with your Order ID.
6️⃣ Shipping Damage Responsibility
If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery:
• Record a video while opening the package
• Take clear photos of the damaged item
• Contact us within 48 hours
This helps us coordinate with the courier service for resolution.
7️⃣ Digital Products Policy (If Applicable)
For any downloadable educational materials:
• Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded
• Sharing, redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited
• Access links may have limited validity
Customers are advised to ensure compatibility before purchasing digital materials.
8️⃣ Limitation of Liability
Roshani Publication shall not be responsible for:
• Delivery delays caused by courier services
• Syllabus updates made by educational boards
• Publisher edition changes
• Minor color or print variations
